Dave Anderson, Owner
Dave’s audio and video experiences date back to his college career where he minored in communications at Hanover College taking every media and video production course offered. After college, Dave worked at Format, Inc an Indianapolis company specializing in media production. At Format, Dave learned multimedia and video production skills.
In the late 1980’s, Dave moved to Jacksonville Florida and began work in the AV rental industry. He managed the rental and staging operations for Images Showmakers.
In 1991, Dave moved back to Indianapolis to join Markey’s Audio-Visual. Over the next 15 years, Dave held various positions at Markey’s including National Account Manager for Eli Lilly and Company. Dave grew and managed a successful audiovisual support organization inside Indianapolis’ largest company. At Lilly, he not only managed a growing team of professional contractors, but also provided AV design and sales services. He helped design and lead many successful integration projects including broadcast studios, auditoriums, and multipurpose conference rooms. He also created and developed the preventive maintenance program to manage and maintain the many audiovisual assets at Lilly’s Indianapolis plants.
In 2006, as Director of Sales Operations for Markey’s, Dave was part of the merger that closed down Markey’s sales operations. He took a position of Director of Operations with the new company as he laid the foundation for Pinpoint AV. In early 2007, it was time to move to Pinpoint AV full time, and the rest – as they say – is history.
Today, Dave is active in Rainmakers, BNI, and other networking groups. He enjoys music, camping, and spending time with his family.
